This is the only disadvantage.
At this point, in principle, all done, the mechanism itself is ready, it remains to hold wiring, place the buttons, there is someone’s imagination played. I personally arranged the buttons instead of the ashtray, found a trim from the panel, cut to the size of the window ashtray in it cut holes for 4 buttons and installed.

And how all this is going to be assembled is also clear, you can put glass, wet rubber between them and tighten it all, but not with all your strength so that the plates won’t bend.
Well further again we start to mock the door, cut, bend and mount the second window elevator.
Before installing the second glass, you must check that the glass is nowhere clamped. Oh, and another thing, if you have a millimeter of raw rubber, it is better to use it, and if not, then squeeze this one, it is 2mm, as I said every millimeter is expensive. It is done simply lay the rubber between the two plates, warmed and squeezed in a vice, I got about 1.3 – 1.5 mm. Check if everything works, start assembling the door.
