- depress the clutch pedal, while simultaneously pressing the brake pedal,
- release the clutch to 600 rpm on the tachometer,
- release the brake, the car will not roll back thanks to the revolutions of the power unit,
- press on the gas, when it will be necessary to move away.
This method is better not to use constantly, choose it only in extreme cases. Clutch should be released slowly so that the car did not stall.
How to drive uphill without the handbrake
You can not use the handbrake and at the same time without problems to move uphill. This process is not particularly difficult, but the driver must feel his car well and quickly control the pedals. - The car is held in place by pressing the brake pedal,
- the car is in neutral gear,
- the clutch is depressed to its maximum level to start moving,
