The brutal, in a good sense, the appearance that distinguishes the Volkswagen Tiguan, in addition to design solutions have influenced the overall size of this now Russian German. The appearance of the second crossover generation by forces of engineers and designers turned out transformed because:

The width and diameter of the rubber that should fit this disc are tires with the markings 235/55 R17. At the same time:

• 235 value – indicates width;
• 55 indicates the ratio of the tire’s profile height to its width. In percentages;
• and R is not the radius, but the type of construction (radial) of the rubber;
• And 17 is the rim diameter we intuitively understand in inches.

Interior and trunk dimensions

The interior of the Volkswagen Tiguan does not conflict with the external dimensions of the body and has a corresponding internal space. Thus, if you measure the distance between the seat, the driver, more precisely, the back of the chair and the location of his feet in the most backward position, the tape measure will show 1 meter and 18 millimeters.

However, all these improvements to the new Volkswagen Tiguan so as not to lose the warranty preference, it is necessary to do only in specialized services.

Of the characteristics that are usually atypical, it is the size of the brake discs of the crossover. So the front discs should have 312 millimeters in diameter, with a thickness of 25 in the nominal and 22 millimeters in the minimum. The rear brake discs should have 286 millimeters in diameter and 12 and 10 millimeters thick, respectively, both in nominal and minimum.
