1. Drain the working fluid from the system.
2. Get under the hood and find the thermostat.

Periodic flushing of the “battery” is one of the important steps that every motorist should take. However, if any sighted person can see the external dirt, not every motorist guesses about internal “surprises”. Exactly the clogging of internal surfaces of a car radiator becomes more often a stumbling block in proper work of the heater.

It is possible to wash off external dirt from “battery” of Polo sedan with ordinary water under slight pressure. When using special equipment like “Kerher”, it is important to observe the distance – not less than 15 cm from the radiator surface and a weak water pressure.
